will receive FREE SHIPPING*

*Phone orders, purchase orders or orders placed via email will be subject to freight charges.
*Offline orders do not qualify for the free shipping offer, if you would like free shipping, please order online.
*If your product is unable to be found online or does not show price, this product will not be applicable for free shipping. T&C's apply, free shipping excludes some items. 

We ship every weekday (Monday - Friday) via Australia Post and StarTrack.  We will find the most suitable solution from our logistics provider on and order-by-order basis.  Should you require a specific courier, please advise in your order notes and we will try our best to accommodate your request.


If all items are in stock, your order should ship within 3 business days of placing the order.  We will advise if there's any delay or backorders as soon as possible.


From order payment, customers should expect to receive in-stock goods on average within 4-7 business days. Note: This is not a guarantee, simply an average. 


Express post is not available via online. Express post is only available via quote, email, or phone request.
We cannot guarantee Express next day deliveries, but all efforts are made to facilitate and prioritise Express orders. Express shipping may be faciltated by a number of couriers. We will choose the most suitable on an order by order basis.

If you do not want your parcel shipped via Australia Post, do not provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker.  We will only use Australia Post for these services.


On request, we can use an alternative freight service or your own freight account.

Instructions in the comments of your order will be fulfilled to the best of our ability, however we are not a logistics provider, we simply engage third parties on your behalf.


Shipping Refunds


LivCor does not refund shipping costs for change of mind returns or products ordered in error. 


If we've made a mistake or your product is faulty, we will absolutely cover the cost of return shipping or reshipment of the correct items. T&C's apply.
