Are you located in Australia or are you offshore?

We are proudly Australian based and owned. Founded 30+ years ago as a humble family business, we have grown to become one of the most trusted businesses in the industry. Although our team and client base has grown exponentially, we have proudly stayed true to our roots and pride ourselves on our ability to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients.

What payment methods do you accept?

Through our online shopping cart we accept Visa or Mastercard. Sorry, we do not accept Diners or AMEX

We also accept PayPal and PayPal Express and you can buy now and pay later using AfterPay, ZipMoney or ZipPay.

You may choose to pay offline with an electronic bank transfer, deposit into our account, cheque in the mail (expect 7-14 days delay), credit card over the phone or an official Purchase Order.

Do your prices include GST?

All prices shown on our website or quotes are inclusive of 10% GST where applicable.
A number of our products are exempt from GST eg. AEDs and the price shown will be the expected checkout price.

What is your ABN and Trading Name?

Our ABN is 69 006 928 810
Our registered trading name is APL Group Pty Ltd t/a LivCor.

We have previously traded as Australian First Aid and as APL Healthcare. We consolidated these brands and became LivCor in 2019. Our ABN remains the same.

Do you ship to countries other than Australia?

International shipping is not available through our website.
We tend to focus on the Australian market, but can facilitate international shipping.
This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and often can incur high shipping charges. We will be completely transparent and provide you with the expected freight cost on your quote. If you require goods sent offshore please contact 1300 975 889 or if you're overseas call +613 8750 0213

Can you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Yes - we can ship to your PO Box or AusPost Parcel Locker.
However, street addresses are preferred in order to get you the best service.
PO Box and Parcel Locker deliveries are restricted to Australia Post service only.

I need to create an order but pay later, or generate a Purchase Order?

No problem at all! Please select the generate quote/invoice payment option when checking out of your shopping cart. Payment will not be required and your order will sit in our system until you have made payment.

Payment instructions will be emailed to your provided email address.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

Yes. You are welcome to collect your orders from us in Rowville, Victoria. Please select the Pick-Up option in the checkout listed in the shipping options.

Do you have outlets for face-to-face transactions in states other than Victoria?

Face-to-face purchases are currently only available in Rowville, Victora in the South-East suburbs of Melbourne. If you are interstate, please call 1300 975 889 to check if one of our strategic partners are in your area.

Are all items on your store in stock, or do you need to order them in?

The majority of our products are always in stock. Out of stock or order-in items are normally published on the website with stated lead times or expected availability dates.
Should you order an out of stock item we will contact you ASAP and discuss the options.

How many CPR Mankins would I require for my training courses?

We recommend you ensure you have at least one adult CPR manikin per every 2-3 students in your courses.
For Example, 20 students would require at least 7x Adult CPR Manikins. You should also have just as many AED Trainers.
