Refund policy
Refunds for products are available at up to 100% of the purchase price providing the products are returned in unused condition, and provided they are returned within 14 days at the expense of the client.
LivCor and its members may reduce the amount refunded to a client if the product is damaged or in less than 'as new' condition upon return.
Books, CD's and DVD's are not returnable and not refundable, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Returns Policy for NASCO Healthcare, Special Order Items
NASCO Healthcare: Special order items are products that are custom-ordered, personalized, or specifically sourced to meet your requirements. Due to the nature of these items, our standard returns policy does not apply. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order:
1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable
o NASCO Special order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed, except where required by law (e.g., in cases of faulty or defective goods). If we agree to accept a return of a special order item, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
2. Order Confirmation
o Once a NASCO special order has been placed and payment has been received, we will proceed with sourcing or manufacturing the item. Cancellations are not accepted after this stage.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
o In the unlikely event that your NASCO special order item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was agreed upon, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Lead Times
o NASCO Special order items may have extended lead times. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of purchase and are subject to supplier availability.
5. Customer Responsibility
o It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all specifications, including measurements, colours, and other custom details, are correct at the time of order.
We appreciate your understanding that special order items are made or sourced specifically for you, and as such, we are unable to restock them for resale.
