NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENCE AGREEMENT

DEFINITIONS
LivCor means APL Group Pty Ltd, trading as LivCor, 20 Viewtech Place, Rowville, Victoria,
ABN 69 006 928 810.

The Purchaser means the person or entity who has agreed to a licence for the use of
training and assessment resources owned and supplied by LivCor, to make them available
to trainees for training purposes.

Materials means training and assessment resources provided to The Purchaser by LivCor,
that may include student booklets, skills checklists, PowerPoint presentations, and guidance
documents for trainers and assessors.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. LivCor grants The Purchaser permission to:
a. reproduce the Materials solely for use in training programs delivered by The
Purchaser or by a hired contractor working on behalf of The Purchaser;
b. provide Materials to trainees attending a training course conducted by The
Purchaser where any monies paid are paid directly to The Purchaser.
c. edit, add, remove, change and update any materials provided by LivCor in an
editable Microsoft Office format;
d. transfer information and images contained in the Materials into other formats as
required, for the purposes of delivering training;
e. electronically transfer (email/download) documents and files from the Materials, for
the purposes of supporting a training program delivered by The Purchaser.
2. LivCor does not permit The Purchaser to:
a. include information or images from the Materials for the purpose of advertising or
marketing;
b. publish Materials or information or images from the Materials on an insecure web
portal, website or server that does not require login credentials;
c. sell, hire out or provide at no cost any component of the Materials to another
training organisation, trainer, assessor or other third party not associated with The
Purchaser.
These terms and conditions have been agreed and accepted on behalf of The Purchaser.
